Retreat Dates

Retreates are organized based upon a minimum six-person membership. Please contact Dr. Mills for availability and prefered times of attendence.

Lodging and Meals

Members will board at lodging that is off site from the retreat center, which is only two miles away. Local Bed & Breakfasts with nice amenities are used for this purpose. Breakfast is of high quality. Some members may be asked to share a room if space is not available.

Coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks will be provided all day throughout the retreat weekend. An upscale catering service will be used for lunches. Members will dine at a local restaurant for dinner that specializes in a variety of cuisines that will please any pallet including vegetarian selections.

Dress appropriately for the season. Some warm clothing may be needed depending on the weather. Hiking shoes or rubber boots are optional. Hiking trails and canoes are available at the retreat site.

Fees

The total cost of the retreat is $1,300.00 CDN which includes lodging and three meals a day. Because Possibilities is conducted by a licensed psychologist, the cost of the retreat may be covered in full or in part by your insurance plan. You will need to carefully check with your insurance provider to inquire how much coverage and what type of coverage is under your policy. An official receipt will be issued to each member to turn into their insurance providers for direct reimbursement.

Once a minimum of six people contact Dr. Mills, a group will be formed and a retreat date will be set. A $1,300.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. Please send cheque or money order and specify any preferred dates of the retreat weekend. Upon receipt of deposit, each member will be sent a packet with a lengthy questionnaire asking about you and your background to fill-in and return to the facilitator. This information will allow the facilitator to have insight into your needs, difficulties, and concerns prior to your arrival.
